Three Easy homemade dips

These three easy homemade dips can be made in a matter of minutes and are so much better for you than the ones you will find at the store.
Two ingredient Guacamole

4 Avocados
1.5 T Mexican spice blend ( I also love the Guac blend from Wildtree)
Take the pit out of the avocados and scoop out the flesh, mash in a bowl with a fork, add seasoning. Chill for about an hour and serve.
Homemade Pimento Cheese Dip
I am a Wisconsin girl. I had no idea what pimento cheese even was until I moved to the south. Once I tried it I fell in cheesy, salty love! It is so good I could literally be the “Bubba Gump” of pimento cheese. I like it in my eggs, on crackers, on burgers, on my charcuterie boards, on my grits… you get the picture. What I do not like is all of the unnecessary preservatives and ingredients in the store bought brands. It is SO easy and takes no time at all to whip this up yourself. Tastes way better too. Try it, you will love it!

1 Package of 8 oz Cream cheese (room temp.)
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 jar of chopped pimentos 4 oz (drained)
1/4 cup Mayo ( homemade mayo with olive oil or Chosen Mayo with avocado oil is what I use)
1/4 cup of plain Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream
2 t of seasoning of choice – I like to use a garlic pepper blend
To Make:
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined, chill at least an hour and serve with crackers.
Easy Garlic Aioli

I love garlic aioli! It is delicious with everything! We love it on Tuscan beef sandwiches or sliders, on grilled veggies and seafood.
1 cup of Mayonnaise (1/4 cup Mayo ( homemade mayo with olive oil or Chosen Mayo with avocado oil is what I use)
4 cloves of fresh garlic ( chopped fine)
1/2 of a freshly squeezed lemon
1/2 t pink salt ( more if needed)
To make:
Mix all ingredients, chill for about an hour.
Whichever of these Three Easy Homemade dips you decide to make, you are in for some delicious snacking!
