You will need:

2 cloves of fresh Garlic, finely minced

3/4 cup finely chopped Fresh Italian parsley (flat leaf )

1/4 cup oil of choice – these 3 work best Olive oil, Grapeseed oil or Avocado oil ( also if you use a garlic infused oil – you can sub this for fresh garlic and cut out a step)

1 T Red wine Vinegar

1 t of herb spice blend ( make sure that it contains oregano)

To Make the sauce:

Mix all ingredients together ( a mortar and pestle works beautifully but if you don’t have one – just chop the garlic and parsley nice and fine). • Most people use the more expensive brands, because they are more flavorful and smell better. If you are going to buy this type of oil for your cooking, make sure that you buy one that is certified as being the best. That is, make sure that the oil has been tested by an accredited lab and that it was created in a country that is known for producing high quality olive oils.
